Happy Halloween!!! Well, today was VERY eventful! Makena went to school in her Cinderella costume. I must give a shout-out to the advertising and marketing team at Disney for the ingenious idea of releasing Cinderella 'right' before Halloween! We've got the movie, and the entire costume get up.



Anyhow... Makena's preschool does trick-or-treating at the couple businesses in their area so parent volunteers and teachers walk all the dressed up children around to trick-or-treat. I was able to go last year, but this year I had go to out and about for work so I wasn't able to make it :( Oh well. Makena had a WONDERFUL time and wore her costume for the remainder of the day.

In the evening our friends came over and we made dinner (well she pretty much did) it was DELICIOUS! By the time we were done we were ready to go trick-or-treating!! YAYY!

We touched up Makena's make up and went to our new neighborhood (where we'll be moving in a couple days) It was GREAT! Fun neighborhood with lots of kids trick-or-treating. There were even some really scary houses that we went to. It's great that everyone really gets into the spirit of things.
