 In preparation of the switch to a new school - we had to go and buy uniforms! We've never gone 'school clothes' shopping for Makena before, because we've always just bought clothes throughout the year and she doesn't grow much. The painful price of a catholic school uniform is ... well just that, painful. Okay- so it's not that bad- but $42 for ONE piece of the uniform is crazy. Oh well. Makena is set for school and we only (kidding) had to spend 2.5 hours in the car driving back and forth to the uniform shop to spend over an hour lost amoungst the plaids. It's done though- and she's ready for school. They start after Labor Day. One week left at her current school. |
