Crunches and push-ups. Getting ready to start running again. It's good to feel healthy.
300 crunches a day.

Running for 40 mins

Today: 110 calorie- Pria Bar with water.
1/3 Nonfat Vanilla Latte

Last week- 123
Now - 117

Beach ready in March!
